Malzemeler:
1 su bardag╠ć─▒ kurutulmus╠ž nohut (150gr)
9-10 yemek kas╠ž─▒g╠ć─▒ tahin (140ml) (1 ├žay barda─č─▒ndan iki parmak az)
1 limonun suyu
Yar─▒m bu╠łyu╠łk c╠žay bardag╠ć─▒ndan bir parmak fazla sog╠ćuk su veya has╠žlanan nohutun suyu (sog╠ćuk olmal─▒) (120ml)

1 su bardag╠ć─▒ nohutu 1 gece o╠łncesinden ─▒slat─▒n. Ertesi gu╠łn suyunu su╠łzu╠łn ve tekrar sudan gec╠žirin. Nohutlar─▒ tencereye al─▒p u╠łzerine su ekleyin ve yumus╠žayana kadar pis╠žirin. Nohutlar iyice yumus╠žad─▒ktan sonra ocaktan al─▒n.
Daha pu╠łru╠łzsu╠łz bir humus elde etmek istiyorsan─▒z nohutun kabuklar─▒n─▒ tek tek soymal─▒s─▒n─▒z.
Nohutlar─▒ ve dig╠ćer malzemeleri mutfak robotuna al─▒n ve pu╠łru╠łzsu╠łz bir k─▒vam alana kadar kar─▒s╠žt─▒r─▒n. Ard─▒ndan servis tabag╠ć─▒na alarak tatl─▒ kas╠ž─▒g╠ć─▒yla ortas─▒na bir yuvarlak c╠žizin. U╠łzerine zeytinyag╠ć, k─▒rm─▒z─▒ toz biber, isteg╠će bag╠ćl─▒ , maydanoz gezdirip servis edin.

Not: Servis de son olarak u╠łzerne birazda nareks╠žisi gezdirdim c╠žok yak─▒s╠žt─▒ bence.. ┼×imdi beni sak─▒n humusun u╠łzerinde nareks╠žisinin ne is╠ži var diye topa tutmay─▒n, fikrimi so╠łyledim..

Humus..

Materials:
1 cup of dried chickpeas (150gr)
9-10 tablespoons of tahini (140ml) (two fingers less than 1 tea glass)
Juice of 1 lemon
One finger more cold water from half a large tea glass or the juice of boiled chickpeas (must be cold) (120ml)
1 teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of cumin
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic

Preparation of:
Soak 1 cup of chickpeas the night before. The next day, drain the water and rinse again. Put the chickpeas in a saucepan, add water and cook until soft. After the chickpeas are soft, remove from the stove.

If you want to get a smoother hummus, you should peel the chickpeas one by one. Place the chickpeas and other ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth. Then take it on a serving plate and draw a circle in the middle with a dessert spoon. Drizzle with olive oil, red pepper powder, optional parsley and serve.

PS: Lastly, I poured narek┼či on it in the service, I think it suits me very well.. Now don’t blame me for what’s wrong with the hummus, I just said my opinion..
