Tereya─č─▒n─▒ eritin ve s├╝zge├žten ge├žirin (k├Âp├╝klerin gitmesi i├žin) s─▒cak iken ├╝zerine s─▒v─▒ya─č ┼čeker ve tahini ekleyip iyice kar─▒┼čt─▒r─▒n..

Tahini Crispy / Dry Baklava..

Materials:
12 baklava phyllo
90 g butter
30 ml of vegetable oil (quarter tea glass)
250 ml of tahini (1 large cup)
250 g sugar (1 large glass)
250 g walnuts

Preparation of:
Pass the walnuts through the robot. Melt the butter and pass it through a sieve (to remove the foams) while it is hot, add oil, sugar and tahini and mix well..

Lay two sheets of dough on the counter. Apply the mixture with the help of a brush so that the dough comes into place. Sprinkle walnuts on top and cool another sheet of dough. Do the same with this dough. Roll it up (sprinkle with tahini mixture and sprinkle with walnuts) and cut 2-3 finger-wide slices and place them on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
